He earned his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan, preceded by a Master of Arts in Legal Studies from Texas State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Angelo State University. This background allows him to deconstruct intricate Texas statutes and communicate them to clients in an accessible, practical, and clear manner.

Before joining Homestead Estate Lawyers, Harold served for over six years as an Assistant County Attorney for Bell County, Texas. This extensive background as a prosecutor gives him a masterful command of local court procedures, judicial expectations, and advanced negotiation strategies. 

Having also run his own solo practice for nearly a decade, focusing on wills, estates, and family law, Harold brings a wealth of courtroom experience and a client-focused mindset to every case he handles.
