Elissa I. Henry is a Texas Probate litigation attorney with a decade of experience handling contested Probate matters, will contests, inheritance disputes, executor conflicts, fiduciary litigation, heirship claims, and complex estate disputes throughout Texas.
Her practice focuses primarily on Probate and estate litigation. She regularly represents clients in contested Probate cases involving disputed wills, allegations of undue influence, breach of fiduciary duty, Probate real estate disputes, contested administrations, family settlement disagreements, and conflicts between heirs and executors.
